Along with more recent developments, the Archive suggests that Tehran?s weaponization efforts could be ? assuming that it remains dormant ? reactivated at any time. Irrespective of the exact fate of the provisions included in the 2015 Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), Tehran?s enduring nuclear weapons expertise, and probable violations of its Comprehensive Safeguards Agreement (CSA) and Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty (NPT) legally-binding commitments leave little doubt about its persistent intentions.
